Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship internationally yet.
2. Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order within the United States. There is no minimum order.
3. Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
4. Delivery time
After your order ships, delivery takes 7 to 10 business days depending on your location. During peak seasons or carrier delays, delivery can take a few days longer.
5. Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first update after shipping.
6. Address changes and incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email support@getnovina.com as soon as possible. We can update the address until your order ships. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we'll reship it once you confirm the correct address.
7. Lost, stolen or delayed packages
- If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
- If your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll work with the carrier and make it right.
8. Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement. See our Refund Policy for details.
9. Subscription orders
Subscription orders ship on the schedule shown when you subscribed and follow the same processing and delivery times above.
