1. Who we are

trynovina.com (the "Site") is operated by Forgeline Enterprises LLC, doing business as NOVINA ("NOVINA", "we", "us" or "our"), 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies they refer to, including our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Subscription Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from the Site. By ordering, you confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

3. Our products

NOVINA products are dietary supplements. Descriptions, images, customer reviews and research references on the Site are provided for general information and education. The published studies we reference were conducted on black seed (Nigella sativa) and its active compound thymoquinone, not on NOVINA as a finished product, and individual results vary. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication (including medication for blood sugar) or have a medical condition, speak with your doctor before use, and tell your doctor you've started it.

4. Orders, pricing and availability

  • All prices are in US dollars. Prices, bundles and offers can change at any time without notice, but a change won't affect an order we've already confirmed.
  • We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household or order, and may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, orders affected by pricing or listing errors, and orders flagged as potentially fraudulent. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we refund you in full.
  • An order is accepted when it ships. Your order confirmation email confirms we received it, not that it's accepted.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we don't store your full card details.

6. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the frequency and price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can skip, pause or cancel anytime before your next billing date as described in our Subscription Policy.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you when your order is handed to the carrier.

8. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, photo, comment or other content, you confirm it's your own honest experience and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit for length and display it in connection with NOVINA. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, product names and design, belongs to NOVINA or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

11. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party sites, including published research. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOVINA and Forgeline Enterprises LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NOVINA and Forgeline Enterprises LLC harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@getnovina.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after that means you accept the changes.
